BYE ENTERTAINMENT FOUNDATION is a California not-for-profit Public Benefit Foundation; 501(c)(3) status is pending, and will organize up to 10 Benefit shows a year, and 1 annual Music & Wine Festival annually mid-summer, 2010 has been dedicated to HIV / AIDS Awareness, Millennium Promise – project Tiby Mali, Special Endowment Fund, and the Environment. BYEEF has picked the Elizabeth Taylor HIV / AIDS Foundation (ETHAF); Millennium Promise – project Tiby, Mali; Special Endowment Fund & the film fund to support with concerts in February & March. April May, June, August, September, & October 2010 will continue to support ETHAF, MP project Tiby. BYEEF will be supporting PROJECT RED, and the Environment with our Wine and Music Festival held in mid June annually.

In August 1990 Rich Stuart dropped 10,000 flyers in San Francisco, by this one move and the viral growth of the message, leading to great bands such as THE B52’S, DEPECHE MODE, PEARL JAM, ELTON JOHN, U2, AND MANY OTHER GREAT ARTISTS AND BANDS took it from there and wrote songs about Mr. Stuart, or about the project. To continue Mr. Stuarts work, utilizing the great Independent Filmmakers that Mr. Gibb and Mr. Stuart have met, one of the benefits of this show, is to bring in the funds needed to remake “M I: Bob’s Deal the Rich Stuart Story.”

But the most important beneficiaries of the evenings are going to be the ETHAF; M P – project Tiby; Special Endowment Fund, the film fund and the Environment.
