BYE Entertainment Foundation is organized as a Public Benefit Foundation in the State of California, which will produce Benefit Concerts, Benefit Festivals, and other special events to bring awareness and raise funds for important causes.

2010 has been dedicated to HIV/AIDS Awareness, funds for the Documentary “M I: Bob’s Deal the Rich Stuart Story”, as well as the Environment. It is the desire of the founders to bring popular big name artists to the stage to achieve our goals.

Our goal for 2010 is to raise $1,000,000.00 dollars for the HIV/AIDS Awareness, Research, & Treatment, $250,000.00 for “Product Red / Global Fund,” and $250,000.00 dollars for Millennium Promise, as well as the $50,000.00 documentary budget annually.

Mid-Summer annually BYE Entertainment Foundation shall organize and produce a 3 day Music and Wine Festival, with the net proceeds to go to Product Red, Save the Music, and the Environment.
